I tried the Protein Crunch Salad and the Kale Caesar Salad. Both were equally delicious and packed full of flavor! Protein Crunch Salad:

This salad is packed full of flavor! Puffed quinoa, buttery walnuts, and kale are combined with dried blueberries and riced cauliflower for color and crunch. The dressing is an organic sherry vinaigrette which gives the salad a sweet and nutty taste. It was delicious!

Kale Caesar Salad:

This delicious salad is a healthy twist of the classic caesar salad. Instead of those croutons the classic caesar salad is known for, this healthy spin combines dry-roasted chickpeas and sunflower seeds to give you that satisfying crunch!I added some grilled chicken to my salad for extra protein! With Sun Basket’s organic vegan caesar dressing you get all the flavor of the original caesar dressing, but this one is plant-based and made with almond milk and cashew butter. It is absolutely amazing! 

In addition to these delicious salads, Sun Basket also sent me a couple of meals to prepare last week. We had the Chicken Parmesan and the Pan-seared steaks with chimichurri and citrus-walnut salad. Of all the meal delivery services that my family has tried, Sun Basket has the freshest ingredients. In addition every detail is amazing when they ship their meals. They send you everything that you need to prepare the dish. They even send the egg! The only thing that you need from your pantry is the olive oil and salt and pepper. It makes cooking so easy!

Review of LEGOLAND Discovery Center Atlanta + Savings Coupon!

My family and I were recently traveling through Atlanta during the holidays and had the wonderful opportunity to visit the LEGOLAND Discovery Center. Believe it or not, LEGOLAND Discovery Center can be found on the third floor of Phipps Plaza, one of Atlanta’s most prestigious malls. LEGOLAND Discovery Center is the ultimate indoor LEGO playground with 2 rides, 10 LEGO build & play zones, a 4D cinema & much more! Since my boys are huge LEGO fans, there were super excited when they found out that we were going here! 

The first thing that you will notice when you enter, is a fun exhibit all about how LEGO bricks are made. You can even go on a behind-the-scenes Factory Tour to discover how LEGO bricks are made! This is fun for all ages! 

From there, we went on the Kingdom Quest ride. This indoor ride is all about capturing the Princess! Hop aboard your chariot on the Kingdom Quest ride to rescue her.This ride is suitable for children ages 4+. I rode with Brady our youngest, while my hubby went with Drew our oldest. They both thoroughly enjoyed as we were able to shoot targets throughout the ride.

Our entire family loved the LEGO 4D Cinema! While we were there, The LEGO® Movie™ 4D A New Adventure was showing featuring Emmet, Wyldstyle, Benny, MetalBeard and Unikitty. It was so cute and had real effects like water, wind and more! There are several features available and they have new bricktastic news in store for 2019! 

There are lots of other things to see along the way at the LEGOLAND Discovery Center, including Miniland. This was my personal favorite! It features Atlanta landmarks all built by LEGOS in day and night settings. In fact, Miniland is made from nearly 1.5 million LEGO® bricks, with moving cars and trains, so even the smallest spectator will feel like a giant! It is so cool! 

Other things to do at LEGOLAND Discovery Center include: Merlin’s Apprentice Ride, Pirate Adventure Island, Duplo Village, LEGO Master Builder Academy, Earthquake Tables, LEGO Friends, LEGO Racers: Build and Test, and the Ultimate LEGO Ninjago Experience. These activities are sure to keep your little ones busy for hours. They even have their own cafe which features beverages, snacks and other delicious foods. I noticed that their prices were very reasonable too!

No trip the LEGOLAND Discovery Center would be complete without visiting the LEGO Store! They offer LEGO sets, plush, toys and more!

Overall, we had such a fantastic time at the LEGOLAND Discovery Center in Atlanta, and I would highly recommend it if you live in the area or you are passing through! Low Carb Protein Coffee Drink

If you are following a low carb or keto diet, I am sure that you are looking for new ways to incorporate more protein into your diet. I have seen this low carb protein coffee drink floating around Instagram for quite some time now and decided to give it a try this week. I am hooked! It is great for those mornings or afternoons that you are in a hurry. Just keep a protein shake in your purse and head through the drive thru at Starbucks! And, believe it or not, this is very budget-friendly!

Here is how to get your delicious and filling Low Carb Protein Coffee Drink:

☕️ At Starbucks ask for a double shot of espresso over ice in a Venti cup. (at my store this is only $2.45)

☕️ Add in a Premier Protein Shake and stir until the Espresso is mixed in. I have only tried the Chocolate variety, but I think the Caramel would be SO yummy as well!

☕️ Drink and enjoy! It is very filling! In fact, this keeps me full until my next meal!

You can find the Premier Protein Shakes at places like Amazon, Sam’s Club or Costco. The best deal is a warehouse club as you get more bang for your buck. For example, Sam’s sells the 12 pack for $16.66 which is a fantastic deal!
