I am always trying to think “out of the box” when it comes to dinner ideas, so I was excited to see that one of the coupons in the Family Celebrations Booklet was for $1.50 off any Any One (1) Sir Kensington’s Product 8.45–20 oz. I spotted several varieties of Sir Kensingon’s Dressing & Marinades, and chose the Dijon Balsamic. Immediately, when I saw this product, I thought of how delcious the marinade would be on wings! Boy, was I right! These wings were delicious, crispy, and every bite was packed full of flavor. Did I mention that this recipe was super easy? 

I took a small bag of frozen chicken wings, and place the entire bottle of Sir Kensington’s Dijon Balsamic Marinade over them. I covered for several hours in the refrigerator then baked the wings in a 400 degree oven for around 25 minutes! Voila! I served with a salad and dinner was served!

Our family loves to have pizza night each week, so I was thrilled to see the coupon for $0.50/1 Green Giant Four Cheese Pizza 9.6 oz or Cauliflower Pizza Crust 2 pk. Have you tried these yet? Chicken Pesto Pizza

Ingredients:

2 count pack of Green Giant Cauliflower Pizza Crust

3 tablespoons of your favorite Pesto Sauce

2 cups shredded mozarella cheese

2 cups cooked chicken cubes (you can also use cubed rotisserie chicken)

1/2 red onion thinly sliced

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Place the Green Giant Cauliflower Crusts on a sheet pan and bake for 8-10 minutes

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes

Top each Cauliflower Crust with 1 1/2 tablespoon of Pesto

Place 1 cup of cubed chicken and 1 cup of shredded mozarella cheese on top of each pizza

Place equal amounts of red onion on each pizza

Bake at 425 for another 8-10 minutes or until the crust is nice and crispy and toppings are melted and bubbly.

My family and I enjoy lemon and Parmesan, so we were excited to try the Creamy Lemon Parmesan Prego Cooking Sauce that I picked up at my local Publix. Every bite was packed full of cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic and lemon. So delicious!

Using the Prego Cooking Sauce couldn’t be easier and did I mention that it is ready in just 20 minutes? I browned 1lb. chicken with 1tbs. of olive oil in a non-stick skillet until it was browned on both sides then added the 15oz. jar of Creamy Lemon Parmesan Prego Cooking Sauce. I simmered for 20 minutes, and voilà, dinner was ready! While the chicken was simmering, I roasted some asparagus with lemon zest and shallots in the oven at 375 degrees for 15-17 minutes.
