I was recently given the opportunity to try products from the Olive + M line and was so excited to do so! Let me first tell you that I love their mission. They were created from the belief that what you put on your body is just as important as what you put in your body. To me, that is so important! Olive + M believes in being radiant by nature. 

Now, I have to be honest with you, I was a bit skeptical at first since I knew that these products were oil-based. My skin tends to be on the oily side at times during the summer months, so I was afraid that these products would make them even more oily. Boy, was I wrong! Even though all of the Olive + M products are olive oil-based products that contain natural, plant-based ingredients, these factors all help to create a brighter complexion while diminishing those fine lines and wrinkles. In addition, they help to protect against environmental stressors like pollution, and they even help to fight acne and unwanted bacteria. 

Olive + M Cleansing Oil– This oil dissolves dirt and bacteria on your face while nourishing your skin with a natural blend of antioxidants, vitamins, omegas and amino acids. I also love how it smells! It is filled with the aroma of warm, fresh floral and herbal notes with an airy citrus finish.

One of the things that I noticed right away with the cleansing oil was just how much impurities that it removed. It really does a fantastic job of getting rid of makeup and all of the buildup from each day, without much effort on your part. 

Olive + M Face Oil– I know what you are probably thinking, you are going to moisturize your skin with face oil? That was my reaction at first as well, but let me tell you, this product is amazing! This Face Oil is light, natural formula is rich in antioxidants, vitamins, omegas and amino acids, and it leaves your complexion soft and glowing. In addition, it also smells so divine!  It is full of rich notes of a blend of green, floral notes and light woody facets with aromatic, minty touches. I really love how this product makes my face feel. It is not oily or greasy and dries to a nice dewy appearance. Yes, it smells heavenly! I like to apply Olive + M Body Oil right after I get out of the shower. It leaves my skin feeling hydrated and moisturized. You can even apply a few drops in a hot bath if you prefer. I haven’t tried that yet, but plan to very soon!

Review of Kabillion the Free VOD Network for Kids!

Are you familiar with Kabillion? Kabillion is a totally FREE Video on Demand network for kids that gives families access to kabillions of amazing shows all on one kid-friendly platform! Kabillion stands out as a reliable and safe destination for quality children’s entertainment – a place where parents can feel good about their children spending time. In fact, this outstanding platform is the only independently-owned VOD network to be ranked among the Top 10 Kids Free On Demand networks in the U.S.! As a parent, I feel that it is hard to find good, quality programming on television these days, so I love the options that Kabillion gives me! My family and I recently were sent a Roku Stick so that we could try out Kabillion for ourselves, and my boys loved it! 

What shows are available on Kabillion? Kabillion serves up a wide range of popular animated content for preschoolers through the school-age set. From classic series for the whole family like Bobby’s World and Gumby, to kid favorites such as My Little Pony, Transformers, and Pokemon. They even offer shorts likeCloudbabies and BabyRiki! My son Brady especially loves the LEGO shows that are available! With Kabillion, there is SO much for kids to learn and discover!

It has never been easier to watch all these great shows and shorts, as Kabillion can be accessed a “million” different ways! The network is available as a free VOD service with most major cable providers, and for families who have cut the cord or may be planning to, Kabillion is also accessible as a free app on Roku, Amazon Fire TV, and Apple TV.

With the summer months almost here, our children will be indoors for many hours. It is so important that they will be watching quality programming. With Kabillion, I can feel good about what my boys are watching. I also love that Kabillion is regularly adding new programming to the mix as well. Serum– Out of the 4 products in my personalized skincare kit, the serum is my favorite! You simply apply 2-3 drops on your face and let the magic happen. The serum gives your face a nice firm feeling without being greasy or overpowering. I like to take the serum as well as the Day and Night Creams all the way to my neck. Your neck can start to show aging very early on so it is important that we cover that area as well! I love that FitFlop offers shoes which can worn both in the office and when you are on the run! There are so many cute trendy styles, and they are continually adding new pairs to the line.

The LULU Tortoiseshell-Print Cross Slides are sandals with the X factor. They sport chunky cross-over straps with a glossy, über-chic tortoiseshell-print patent. I love that these slides are classic and elegant all while boasting the FitFlop super-cushioned midsoles. I feel that this pair of shoes could take you from morning to evening or the office to errands with no problem. It is a wardrobe must-have! From the moment that I took them out of the box, I could not believe how comfortable that they were. There was no break in time and I immediately could feel the built-in arch contour. I literally feel like I am walking on clouds when I put these shoes on my feet. They are so comfortable and my bunions do not hurt at all!

The F-Sporty Überknit Sneakers are one of FitFlop’s best-selling sneakers and rightfully so! Once you slip on these sneakers, it feels like you are taking your weight off your feet. Seriously! These are super soft and stretchy all while being breathable and boasting the full-flex Anatomicush midsoles underneath for comfort that will blow your mind. I typically am an 8 ½ and went with the size 8 in both pairs of shoes after reading the reviews. Both pairs of shoes fit me like a glove! I personally love shoes that can be dressed up or down. As a busy mom, I need shoes that can take me from dropping the kids off at school, to the grocery store, and FitFlops are the shoes to have in my wardrobe! As you can see from my pictures, I have on several different looks, but both the LULU Tortoiseshell-Print Cross Slides and the F-Sporty Überknit Sneakers are adorable with each outfit! I especially love how you can take a simple black dress and pair with both pairs of FitFlop shoes! You need to have shoes like this in your closet!

There are several things that stood out to me about the HoMedics SoundSpa Slumber Scents and I wanted to share with you! 

Design

The HoMedics SoundSpa Slumber Scents is very sleek and portable. It looks great sitting on my nightstand. It would look fantastic in just about any bedroom setting because of how sleek and neutral that it is.

Function

In this day and age of technology, I know that so many of us reach to our phones or smartwatches for the time, but I love this sleek option as well on my night-stand. I also appreciate that it has a dimmer so the light doesn’t have to be bright. You can actually set it to be quite dim which is super nice. I know that some people like to sleep in an almost completely dark room. I love having the option to set the alarm too. There are certainly times that I need an alarm, so this is a great option.

Diffuser

The ultrasonic aroma diffuser is my favorite part of the SoundSpa Slumber Scents! As it delivers the scents through the air, they are very subtle, soothing and not over-powering at all.
