Celebrate Valentine’s Day With Dunkin’ Donuts! #DunkinDate

Can you believe that Valentine’s Day is tomorrow? I feel like it crept upon us so quickly this year! Whatever your Valentine’s Day plans may be, you will definitely want to include Dunkin’ Donuts in the special day! They are celebrating by offering adorable heart shaped donuts and donuts with sprinkles and delicious fillings!

Choose from donuts like Brownie Batter filled, Pillow Talk, Vanilla Truffle filled, Pretty in Pink and so much more. Varieties may vary by location. You will also be excited to know that Dunkin’ removed all artificial dyes from donuts last month! 

I picked up some of the heart shaped donuts this morning for my boys as a special after-school treat this afternoon. They are going to be so happy! Of course, I had to grab an iced coffee while I was there! Whatever your day brings tomorrow, be sure to stop by your local Dunkin’ for a coffee or donut and celebrate with your special someone.

I’m Running on Dunkin’ Donuts This Holiday Season!

I don’t know about you, but I am officially in holiday mode right now! It has been a busy few weeks planning and preparing for Christmas and finishing up some last-minute work projects for 2017. I think that it is safe to say I am running on Dunkin’ Donuts! I have stopped by Dunkin’ Donuts several times these last few weeks to fuel up on my favorite holiday-flavored coffees and lattes!

I love the new holiday-themed flavors this year! Peppermint Mocha, my personal fave, combines cool peppermint and rich chocolate flavors. The Brown Sugar Cinnamon, brings together the sweet taste of brown sugar and the flavor of cinnamon. Both flavors are available in Dunkin’ Donuts’ hot or iced coffees, lattes, macchiatos and Frozen Dunkin’ Coffee. In addition, Dunkin’ has brought back their festive holiday cups. This year, they feature a festive design and the simple word, “Joy” to convey the happiness and spirit of the season. This year’s design incorporates seasonal graphic icons like snowflakes, peppermints, holly leaves and holiday trees to stir up the warm, nostalgic feelings associated with this special time of year.

If you are a Dunkin’ Donuts doughnut lover, they have something for you as well! A holiday trio of seasonal donuts, highlights Dunkin’s merry menu. The new Frosted Sugar Cookie Donut is a frosted donut with cookie dough flavored filling and topped with crumbled frosted sugar cookies, while the new Gingerbread Cookie Donut features a caramel frosted donut sprinkled with ginger snap cookie topping. Dunkin’ Donuts also has the Snowflake Sprinkle Donut, a frosted donut with red icing and special snowflake sprinkles, and Snowflake Sprinkle MUNCHKINS, featuring the brand’s chocolate glazed MUNCHKINS donut hole treats rolled in snowflake sprinkles.

Dunkin’ Donuts is celebrating Florida residents by offering a special customer appreciation promotion “Cup of Thanks” throughout its Florida locations on Monday, Dec. 4. In the aftermath of hurricane season, Dunkin’ Donuts is pleased to share a cup of thanks with its Florida fans, offering guests a free small Iced Coffee, a special offer to show appreciation in response to the support from communities throughout Florida following the devastation caused during hurricane season, requiring several Dunkin’ Donuts locations to temporarily change its regular operational hours.

Calling all Dunkin’ Donuts fans! BOO!! Dunkin’s Donuts wants to make your Halloween a spooktacular one! Have you seen the cute Halloween themed goodies that they are offering right now? My boys and I headed over to our local Dunkin’ Donuts this past weekend to check out some of these cute offerings!

I love this fun fact….when Dunkin’ Donuts was developing the Halloween donuts in the Dunkin’ Test Kitchen, they wanted to incorporate as many classic Halloween colors and themes as possible. So they decided on the deep orange, purple and chocolate colors! I love this idea and think that they items are definitely  eye-catching!

Visit Russo’s New York Pizzeria Clearwater + My Review!

Russo’s New York Pizzeria is famous for its authentic New York-style pizza, featuring fresh-made dough and the Russo’s family pizza sauce recipe since 1978. The restaurant also offers pizza by the slice, a colossal 28-inch Party Pizza, which is large enough to feed groups of up to 20, as well as gluten-free pizza and pasta, and traditional Italian favorites like lasagna, Ravioli Pomodoro, Penne Alla Vodka and Fettuccini Alfredo, plus desserts like authentic house-made tiramisu. Thankfully, we now have a location here in Clearwater! My family and I recently had the opportunity to review some of the delicious offerings at Russo’s and I am excited to share my review with you!

From the moment that we walked into the door at Russo’s to the time that we left, the staff were all so courteous, helpful and friendly. My son Brady was able to play with pizza dough while we waited on our pies to cook and he had a blast. In fact, he has now requested to play with pizza dough at home! The meal started with a delicious foccacia bread and dipping sauce that my guys thoroughly enjoyed! Then, on to the main course of mouth-watering pizzas!

Since I try to eat gluten-free, it is sometimes challenging to find a pizza that is not only delicious but has a nice texture to it as well. I had the gluten free Margherita Pizza at Russo’s and was blown away! This pizza is the best gluten-free pizza that I have ever eaten. The marriage of Roma tomatoes, fresh basil, all-natural mozzarella, garlic, and organic extra virgin olive oil come together for one delicious pizza! Oh and the crust. Let me tell you about the buttery and crispy crust. It was amazing! The secret to their crust? They use honey as a binding ingredient, with rice flour as a substitute, but without compromising on flavor and substance. I seriously could not even tell that it was gluten free! Every bite of this pizza just melted in my mouth. I am dreaming about this pizza and cannot wait to go back again just for this!

While I enjoyed my gluten-free Margherita Pizza, my guys devoured the Italian Works. This pie is made up of sliced Italian sausage, pepperoni, roasted peppers, all-natural mozzarella cheese, along with Russo’s homemade pizza sauce. They said that the pizza was amazing! Just look at that cheese and sausage! How can you go wrong with all of that yummy goodness?

Russo’s also serves calzones, pastas, soups, sandwiches and more. I cannot wait to try the gluten-free pasta dishes! Are you a pizza lover?
