Review of LEGOLAND Discovery Center Atlanta + Savings Coupon!

My family and I were recently traveling through Atlanta during the holidays and had the wonderful opportunity to visit the LEGOLAND Discovery Center. Believe it or not, LEGOLAND Discovery Center can be found on the third floor of Phipps Plaza, one of Atlanta’s most prestigious malls. LEGOLAND Discovery Center is the ultimate indoor LEGO playground with 2 rides, 10 LEGO build & play zones, a 4D cinema & much more! Since my boys are huge LEGO fans, there were super excited when they found out that we were going here! 

The first thing that you will notice when you enter, is a fun exhibit all about how LEGO bricks are made. You can even go on a behind-the-scenes Factory Tour to discover how LEGO bricks are made! This is fun for all ages! 

From there, we went on the Kingdom Quest ride. This indoor ride is all about capturing the Princess! Hop aboard your chariot on the Kingdom Quest ride to rescue her.This ride is suitable for children ages 4+. I rode with Brady our youngest, while my hubby went with Drew our oldest. They both thoroughly enjoyed as we were able to shoot targets throughout the ride.

Our entire family loved the LEGO 4D Cinema! While we were there, The LEGO® Movie™ 4D A New Adventure was showing featuring Emmet, Wyldstyle, Benny, MetalBeard and Unikitty. It was so cute and had real effects like water, wind and more! There are several features available and they have new bricktastic news in store for 2019! 

There are lots of other things to see along the way at the LEGOLAND Discovery Center, including Miniland. This was my personal favorite! It features Atlanta landmarks all built by LEGOS in day and night settings. In fact, Miniland is made from nearly 1.5 million LEGO® bricks, with moving cars and trains, so even the smallest spectator will feel like a giant! It is so cool! 

Other things to do at LEGOLAND Discovery Center include: Merlin’s Apprentice Ride, Pirate Adventure Island, Duplo Village, LEGO Master Builder Academy, Earthquake Tables, LEGO Friends, LEGO Racers: Build and Test, and the Ultimate LEGO Ninjago Experience. These activities are sure to keep your little ones busy for hours. They even have their own cafe which features beverages, snacks and other delicious foods. I noticed that their prices were very reasonable too!

No trip the LEGOLAND Discovery Center would be complete without visiting the LEGO Store! They offer LEGO sets, plush, toys and more!

Overall, we had such a fantastic time at the LEGOLAND Discovery Center in Atlanta, and I would highly recommend it if you live in the area or you are passing through! Gerbs sent me several products to review and I was so excited when they arrived that I could hardly wait to open the packaging! I was sent the Dried Cape Cod Blueberries, Cherry Harvest Granola and the Vegetable’s Friend Seasoning Mix. 

Dried Cape Cod Blueberries– nothing says summer like a blueberry! These dried Cape Cod blueberries hit the spot when I am wanting a sweet treat or a nice add in to my cereal or yogurt. Gerbs Cape Cod Blueberries are so sweet, chewy and delicious! You won’t be able to eat just one or two!

Dried Cherry Harvest Granola– we are huge granola lovers in our house, so I was thrilled to try this! As you can see from my photo, the dried cherries in this granola are huge! Every bite is packed full of gluten free oats, roasted sunflower kernels, cherries, honey, roasted pumpkin kernels, and roasted flax seeds. It is definitely like a party in your mouth. Topped on your favorite yogurt and you have the perfect breakfast or snack! 

Vegetable’s Friend Seasoning Mix– this is one of Gerb’s top-selling seasoning mixes and I can see why! It is full of flavor and brings veggies to full alertness. Packed with black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley and Spanish paprika, your veggies will never taste better. This is especially good on corn on the cob and grilled zucchini. YUM!

Did you know that tomorrow, April 28 is National Superhero Day? This would be a great time to celebrate and have a SUPER party with your family or friends! One of our favorite superheroes is definitely the PJ Masks! 

The folks at PJ Masks sent my family a box filled with goodies including balloons, bubbles, a watch and books to help us celebrate! The entire month of April has been a fun initiative with the PJ Masks celebrating reading with their “It’s Time to Be a Hero” library campaign. As a parent, I firmly believe that we should give our children a love for reading. What a fun way to get our kiddos into books with the PJ Masks book, “Into the Night to Save the Day“!   

In the lead up to National Superhero Day, participating libraries from coast to coast have hosted four consecutive PJ Masks-themed weeks to help little heroes everywhere discover and celebrate their own “super powers” – from being a good friend and learning how to share, to working together and more. The imagination-inspiring PJ Masks events included scavenger hunts, book readings, episode screenings, board game play, arts & crafts and more! In addition, every week, attending children received a special PJ Masks “It’s Time to Be a Hero” activity booklet filled with even more SUPER activities to continue the fun and learning at home.
