A few months back I picked up my 40 pound box and it only took me around 1 hour to divide the 40 pounds up into bags and
place in my freezer. There is very minimal fat that you will have to cut away so that makes that process fairly simple. For our family of four, I was able to get about 20 freezer bags of chicken. So, that is roughly 20 meals. As someone who is always looking for ways to save my family money, that is an awesome deal!
