Since I have been on Nutrisystem, one of the big things that I have learned along my journey is how to have portion control in my diet. Instead of eating an entire bowl of ice cream, I have learned to become satisifed with just a few bites. Or, instead of indulging in an entire bag of chips, just have a few to be satisfied.
One of the reasons that I love the Nutrisystem plan is the idea that all of your foods (except your extras) are perfectly portioned so you don’t overeat. I think this idea has really started to get stuck in my mind. If I do eat something that is not on the Nutrisystem plan, I think about this and it really helps me alot!
Nutrisystem has been life-changing for me! I am going to share something with you that I have not shared as of yet because I was too embarrassed to do so. When I started Nutrisystem last August I weighed 186 pounds. That is alot of weight for my 5’6″ frame and not healthy either. I am proud to say that I now weigh 152 pounds and am back in my size 10 bottoms and Small/Medium tops. I still have some weight to lose and my ultimate goal is to be around 140-142. I am happy though with my results and feel so much healthier as I strive to make wise food choices.
