I am so excited for you all to watch my recent Nutrisystem Nation Video update. Since starting Nutrisystem back on August 13, I am down 15 pounds and several inches in both my waist and arms! My clothes are fitting awesome and my energy levels are through the roof these days!

It is so funny because just today while I was at the store I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror and I could not believe how much thinner that I looked! People are starting to notice t

he weight loss and it feels so good!

I am consistently walking 4 days a week and it is really helping! Those days that I

don’t walk make SUCH a big difference in how I feel. I try to walk first thing in the morning before life become too hectic.

I started the program on Monday, and I have to say, that it is exciting! I cannot believe all of the food that you eat with this program. I actually feel

full for most of the day and am drinking tons of water and floating away!The Nutrisystem food is delicious and I am adding in lots of veggies and fruits on my own. I love the fact that I am accountable to myself by logging my progress on a daily basis.
