I am so excited that after just over 2 months on Nutrisystem I have lost 14 pounds! I love Nutrisystem not only for the delicious food, but also for how the program makes me feel overall. The Nutrisystem program keeps me feeling full all day long and I love all of the vegetables that I am eating and the water that I am drinking. I really feel so much more healthy these days and I know that I am looking better as well!

as are so yummy. I love to add tons of veggies to my meals and they keep me feeling full too!
One of the things that I often have to remind myself along this weight-loss journey is that it is not a Marathon to the finish but rather a sprint. I tend to lose weight a little bit slower than others, so sometimes I can get discouraged. I love the quote above as it really portrays how I feel. I am proud of myself for the goals that I have accomplished so far and every step that I have taken. I can’t wait to reach my next goal which is 20 pounds! I know that I can do it!

ants and skirts and getting loose on my. Size 10 bottoms here I come!
