ourney! If you remember from my post HERE, I started the program with the Fast 5 Kit.
I am not going to lie. The first week was REALLY hard! Especially considering that we went on vacation from Thursday to Sunday of last week. There were so many times that I wanted to cave and have some of the snacks that my boys were having, but I am happy to say that I did not give in! I took all of my Nutrisystem food with me and thankfully the resort that we stayed at had a kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator so that really helped me to stay on track! I took lots of raw vegetables to snack on with a Fat Free Low Calorie dressing to dip them in. I recently came across the Skinny Girl Dressings at
Walmart and LOVE them! They are Sugar Free and Fat Free with only 5-10 calories for 2 Tablespoons. I also had my energiZING and Craving Crusher shakes so that really helped me to feel full and to have that chocolate fix that I needed each day!
So………what are my results with the Fast 5? I am happy to tell you that I am down 5 pounds and 2 inches off my waist! Yes, you read that right! I had to remeasure my waist
several times as I could not believe it! This makes the Fast 5 week totally worth it to see these results!
Today I begin the next phase of my weight-loss journey which is the Nutrisystem My Way program. With this phase, you eat Nutrisystem meals for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner; however, you add in 4 servings of fresh vegetables 3 PowerFuels and One SmartCarb each day. AND, at night you get a Nutrisystem dessert! It is also very importa
nt to drink at least 64oz. of water daily. I could not wait to start the Nutrisystem My Way program today with this yummy Nutrisystem Cinnamon Roll! It was so divine!
