I am super excited to be 31 pounds thinner and healthier since August of last year thanks to Nutrisystem! My journey with Nutrisystem has been such a good experience and I am thrilled to share it with others when they ask me how I lost my weight.
I thought that I would share with you all some of my favorite Food Items on the Nutrisytem program. I honestly enjoy most of the food on the program and there have only been a few things that I did not care for.
The Cinnamon Rolls at Breakfast time are to die for. Let me tell you, they do not even taste like something that you should be eating any diet program! 🙂
I also love the Lunch Fudge Graham Bars. I usually eat a HUGE salad with chicken or tuna for lunch then have one of these as my Nutrisystem lunch. These are to die for and they give me the chocolate fix that I need for the afternoon! 🙂
The Nutrisystem Chili and Beef Stew are quite tasty for dinner. I usually pair these with a veggie and am very satisfied and full.
Speaking of being satisified, one of the big things that Nutrisystem has taught me is to stop eating when I am full. For many of us, we keep eating becuase we feel that we must finish what is on our plates at that time. If you stop eating when you are full this will cause you to not over indulge and you are also training your body and mind.
I still have a few pound left to lose, but I know that they will come off with continual help and support that I gain from Nutrisytem.
