I wanted to give you all brief Nutrisystem update. Since the holidays, I have not really lost any more weight. I an not going to lie, it was hard for me to not eat any of the yummy goodies that were out there. I am still at 27 pounds lost since August. That is still a HUGE success for me and I am thrilled with my results so far on this program. Now, that the new year is here, it is time for me to lose the rest of my weight. I want to lose another 15-20 pounds which will put me at the same weight before I had my first son Drew almost 7 years ago. I am so excited and confident that with Nutrisystem I can do it! Not only is the weight loss nice for my self-esteem and how I feel about my appearance, but I know that I am so much healthier as well. When I started Nutrisystem back in August, my BMI was on the Obese level. I am now pretty much down to the normal range which makes me super happy. I am doing this not only for me, but for my health as well. 

I am also excited that Nutrisystem has added some new foods for 2013!

Here are some of the new foods: Chicken Pot Pie, Spicy Kung Pao Noodle, Cinnamon Streusel Muffin and a Cheesecake Bar. How good does that sound? I am excited to try them all!
