It is once again time for my weekly Nutrisystem Nation update. Before I tell you how I am doing, I want to let you know that I did NOT get on the scale this week. First of all, it is that wonderful time of the month (sorry if TMI! 
) but I feel very bloated and don’t want to discourage myself. Secondly, I was getting on the scale almost every day and getting somewhat discouraged. Some days the numbers would go down while other days the numbers
would go up. Needless to say, I can’t get on the scale every day it will really discourage me and make me lose focus. (not to mention my poor hubby has to hear my daily complaints, lol)
As you know from last week’s update, I was up to 12 lbs. gone! I will get back on the scale next week and I am hoping for at least 15 lbs. gone! Crossing my fingers!
Now on to how I am doing overall……
I feel great! Nutrisystem allows me to have so much more energy these days, and I really am feeling the difference in my overall appearance. A lot of my clothes are getting big on me and I actually got rid of some clothes today that no longer fit! Can you say Woohoo!!!!
I am still loving the way that Nutrisystem works. It really keeps me accountable as I am eating something every couple of hours. The high protein content of the food and all the water that I am drinking keep me feeling full for most of the day. Also, I am walking 30-45 minutes 4-5 days a week and that is REALLY helping!
I am super excited to get on the scale next week and to see my results! Please continue to fo
