Don’t forget!!! Tomorrow Friday, July 11 is  Cow Appreciation Day at Chick-fil-A! Chick-fil-A stores nationwide will be offering FREE food to anyone who dresses like a cow! For one day only, black and white spots, cow bells and furry ears will be appropriate attire at Chick-fil-A restaurants all across the nation. That is moovelous!

If you dress from head to toe in Cow Apparel, you can get a FREE Meal. Or, for those of you who don’t want to overdo it, you can get a FREE entree when you wear a partial Cow outfit.

The folks from Chick-fil-A are back for another awesome giveaway for My Sweet Savings readers! I don’t know about you all, but I cannot wait for that time of the year when Chick-fil-A brings back their Chicken Tortilla Soup and Peppermint Milkshake to the menu line-up! These are actually some of my favorite menu items (well, aside from the Original Chicken Sandwich!) and definitely worth trying if you have not already done so! 

If you are not familiar with these oh-so delicious menu items, here’s a bit about each item for your pleasure!

The Hearty Chicken Tortilla Soup features shredded boneless breast of chicken, navy, northern and black beans in a white creamy base with a perfect blend of vegetables and spices to heat up your dining experience. Served with seasoned corn tortilla strips. 

Because the Hearty Chicken Tortilla soup has a bit of a kick to it, you may want to wash it down with the Peppermint Chocolate Chip Milkshake! Chick-fil-A milkshakes are hand-spun the old-fashioned way each time, and feature delicious Icedream® topped off with whipped cream and one crucial cherry. Here’s the scoop on this fun-filled day:

Customers dressed “head to hoof” in cow attire will be rewarded with a free Chick-fil-A Meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner), which includes an entrée of choice, a side item and a Diet Dr Pepper^® (or other beverage choice).

For those “too chicken” to wear full cow costumes, Chick-fil-A will award a complimentary entrée to customers partially dressed in cow attire, such as a cow-spotted scarf, purse, hat or other accessory.

So why not dress up the family like a herd of cows and head on over to your local Chick-fil-A next Friday? I plan on taking my boys!

I am VERY excited about this! Chick-fil-A just released Grilled Chicken Nuggets to their menu! Chick-fil-A Kids’ meals will now have this new item as an option. 

Here are some facts about the new Grilled Chicken Nuggets Kids Meal:
