My husband Keith and I recently celebrated our Sweet Sixteen Anniversary and you can imagine my excitement when I found out that our anniversary trip was to New York City! One of the things that we wanted to do on our trip was take a Harbor Cruise so that we could see all of the beautiful sites of NYC in one place. I was given the opportunity for us to take a Harbor Cruise with The Classic Harbor Cruise Line and it was amazing!
We headed to Chelsea Piers at Pier 62 where Classic Harbor Cruise Line is located. They have several boats for their cruises which includes: The Yacht Manhattan, The Yacht Manhattan II, The Schooner Adirondack, The Schooner America 2.0, The Yacht Kingston and Boat Builder. Our cruise boat was the The Yacht Manhattan II. This epic, white-hulled 100-foot long & 22-foot beam yacht echoes everything that the first Yacht Manhattan is, but with more space, more glass and more accommodations. Manhattan II’s 1920s-inspired design continues with her hull shape and fine features, including teak decks and mahogany finishes. This yacht was absolutely gorgeous!
As our tour along the Hudson River began we were absolutely amazed at the views along the way! We sailed right near the Statue of Liberty and Ellis and Island it was breath-taking! The views of the Sklyine and Brooklyn Bridge were also incredible. I highly recommend a Classic Harbor Cruise if you are visiting NYC! You will not be disappointed!
Whether you buy tickets for one of the New York Harbor sightseeing cruises to see the Statue of Liberty, or privately chartering one of our large sailboats for an office outing, you are sure to find yourself on a beautiful boat, surrounded by warm and friendly service, plying through the majestic New York City waterways.
