When it comes to my favorite things, Açaí Bowls are at the top of my list! They can be rather pricey when you buy them at your favorite coffee shop, so I started making them at home. They are just as delicious, and I love that you can add your personal touch! This recipe for Açaí Berry Smoothie Bowl is so easy and delicious! Feel free to substitute the quicking oats for your favorite granola!
Açaí Berry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
Smoothie
- 2 Frozen Packets Açaí (find in the frozen section of any grocery store)
- 1 Banana
- 1/4 Cup Almond Milk
- 1/2 Cup Berries
Toppings:
- Banana Slices
- Quick Oats
- Blue Berries
- Sliced Strawberries
- Place 1 banana, 1/2 cup berries, açaí packets & 1/4 Almond Milk into the blender.
- Once blended, pour into a bowl.
- Top with banana slices, oats, blueberries & sliced strawberries. Enjoy!
