With my new Saving Your Sanity With Your Slow Cooker Series that I have been doing here on the blog, I have been sharing quick, easy and delicious recipes that you can prepare for your family right in your slow cooker. The slow cooker, in my opinion, is one of the most important appliances that you will use in your kitchen so it is important to have a nice one! Here are a couple of nice options. I think it is key to have a programmable one. That way you can turn the temperature up on High or Low depending on what the recipe calls for.

I am thrilled that McDonald’s has made some positive changes to their menu lineup! They have set out to not

only improve the

quality of their menu but also the nutritional value of it as well.

Have you heard the news about the #‎NewMcNuggets?? They now contain 100% white meat chicken & NO artificial colors/flavors/preservatives! That makes me so happy and even happier now when I give them to my kiddos! 

There are also some other positive changes that you will want to know! In addition to using 100% white meat chicken, McDonald’s is also using cage-free eggs and no HFC (high fructose corn syrup) in buns! So many positive #
