It has been a busy Summer for family and I! My oldest son is back in school and Brady, my 3 1/2 year old is keeping me super busy at home! I am so thankful for Nutrisystem and how it has kept me on track and eating the right way during the busy Summer months.
I have some exciting news to share! I am now down 12 1/2 pounds! I can’t begin to tell you just how good that I feel! Nutrisystem really is making a difference in how I think about food and really every bite that I put in my mouth these days. We have been out to dinner now several times while I have been on the program and each time I make wise choices and come away feeling great. I am also walking at least 5 days a week and it makes a HUGE difference in how I feel overall.
I love many things about Nutrisystem but I am really learning how to make decisions that are going to affect my eating habits when I am no longer on the program. I also love the fact that Nutrisystem is real food! Notto mention you get dessert each night! Overall, the food is absolutely delicious and I am finding fun and unique ways to incorporate my veggies each day!
