It is once again time for my weekly Nutrisystem update! I am so excited to let you know that as of this week I am down 9 pounds and feeling fabulous! I can also tell that I am continuing to lose inches because my clothes are fitting so much better and some things are even loose on me!
A couple of things that have been helping me with my weight loss journey is Walking at least 5 days a week and my Water intake. I have been trying to walk at least 2 miles on those days and I drink at least 2 liters of water. Those 2 things seem to be key for me. It also helps when I eat lots of green veggies like Broccoli, Green Beans and Salad Greens.
I am still enjoying all of the yummy Nutrisystem food and honestly, I fell full most of the time. Here are just a few of my yummy dishes from the past week. One of my favorite ways to make sure that I get my veggies in each day is with my Veggetti Vegetable Spiralizer. This gadget spiralizes veggies like Squash and Zucchini into noodles. I really feel like I am eating pasta when I make my veggies this way but it is SO much healthier! I highly recommend the Veggetti like the one seen HERE if you do not already have one. It is also a FUN way for your kiddos to get their veggies in each day.
