I totally forgot to put update you all last week regarding my Nutrisystem Weight loss journey! This has been a crazy couple of weeks for me as we prepare to send Drew back to school, last minute trips, and all the fun that the end of the Summer-time brings! With all of the being said, I have not faltered on my weight loss journey and am still going strong! At my last weigh in, which was last week, I am down 6 1/2 pounds! BUT, I can tell that I am losing inches as my clothes are fitting so much better these days!
One of the things that has helped me along the way is to not weigh myself every day. Now I know that some folks may disagree, but for me it can be discouraging if I get on the scale every day and see no movement. It is so much more of a postive experience to me when I weigh in once a week. My next weigh in is this Sunday so I am crossing my fingers!
I started walking 2 miles a day 4-5 days a week and feel F-A-B-U-L-O-U-S! I had Rotator cuff surgery 11 weeks ago so I still have to be very careful in the excercise department. Even on those days when I don’t feel great, if I walk, it makes me feel so much better about myself!

Overall I am still really enjoying the food. There are just a few items that I don’t care for everything else is amazing! Having dessert each night with this program makes me feel like I am cheating but I am not! It is all part of the plan!
