I forgot to post a Nutrisystem update last week. We have been crazy busy and dealing with sickness in the house. I have some exciting news though as am super excited as I am down 16 pounds! I actually had to go to the doctor this week and typically I HATE stepping on the scale. I was curious to see if my weight loss would be different than my scale at home but it was right on target and I am down 16 pounds since I began my Nutrisystem journey back in July. I know that I have mentioned this before, but this is the only program that works for me. It keeps me accountable and I know that what I am eating is real food. I also love how we get to add in our own foods to make the program a success!
My Nutrisystem journy is actually coming to a close. I was hoping to be at the 20 pound weight loss mark by now but I am not disappointed in the least at my success. I have around 6 more pounds to go until I am at my goal weight and I know that I can maintain my eating lifestyle. Nutrisystem has taught me not to overeat, how to control portions, and most of all how to love vegetables and water. I am truly grateful for this experience!
