Since I have been on Nutrisystem (since August of 2012), one of the things that I have noticed is that if I don’t excercise I don’t see as many results as I would like to. I am going to be honest with you, since my car accident last October, I had to slack off on excercising and I really noticed a difference. I have started walking again for at least 20-30 minutes a day and it feels so good. I am making excercising a priority in my life not only for me to feel better but for my health as well.
I am down 33 pounds and many inches and feel so much better about how I feel and look. In fact, just last week I was cleaning out my closet and pulled out things that from after I had Drew 7 years ago and they fit me! Hallellujah!
