I am so excited to share with you all some very exciting news….. I have been chosen to be a part of the Nutrisystem Nation Blogger program! For the next 4 months, I will be on the Nutrisystem program with hopes to lose some of this post baby weight.
Let me be completely honest with you…I have been struggling with my weight now since Brady was born almost 8 months ago and am thrilled to make some changes in my life. I feel as though my weight gain has affected my confidence level as well as my attitude about things.
If I were to rewind 6 years ago when I had my first child, Drew, the weight seemed to just slide right off and I was back in my regular clothes within several months. This time around, well, that is not the case. It seems that I sometimes just take the easy route eating whatever is in site and even skipping meals all together. Not good!
The thing that I am looking forward to with the Nutrisystem Nation program is the fact that I will be eating throughout the day which will train me to eat the right way and to hopefully boost my metabolism. I also am looking forward to the yummy food options that are available to me with this program!
Aside from the food that I will be eating directly from Nutrisytem, I will be incorporating lots of fresh fruit and veggies into my daily routine and excercising more.
Again, let me be honest with you, I know that this is not going to be easy. In fact, I am bit nervous, what if I fail, what if I can’t do it? Overall, I am super excited to start on this journey. I would love for you to join me and cheer me on!
I will be updating the blog and posting to twitter weekly with my successes and I am sure complaints along the way. 
I will also be posting videos so that you can see and share in my success as well.
