Nutrisystem Update: Week #2 and Down 4 lbs! #NSNATION

I am excited to share with you all that I made it through the first week of Nutrisystem! I am in the 3rd day of my second week and I have to be totally honest with you, I have so much more energy since I have started this program! 

Not only do I feel more energetic these days, but I got on the scale on Monday and was down 4lbs on my first week! Woohoo! I am proud of myself as I has stuck to the program to a T and not caved on anything. Have I mentioned to you that this food is delicious and filling? I feel like I am eating so much food but it is all part of the program. I feel full most of the day and sometimes I have to make myself eat my required snacks throughout the day.

I honestly thought that incorporating 4 servings of veggies per day was going to be hard, but it is actually pretty easy. In fact, look what I just had for lunch today. A Nutrisystem Pizza that I piled high with veggies and 2oz. of Chicken breast. Yummo! Winking smile

I have not been able to excercise as much I want to just yet. Getting Drew back to school and the baby on a new schedule have not allowed that just yet. Next week though I plan to gradually add in more excercising. 

I feel that I am off to a good start and can’t wait to start seeing those non-scale victories! You know, those inches melting away! Already my stomach feels smaller so I am excited!
