I just received an email from reader Stephanie letting me know that here Publix will no longer accept Target coupons, and they told her that you can no longer use a coupon on the FREE item during BOGO sales. I received emails from some other readers as well voicing their concerns to me that they are also running into problems using coupons at Publix. I have not had a problem, but the last time that I was at Publix was last week. Stephanie told me that these new policies went into effect December 1.
Can you please let me know if you are also running into problems, I am just curious if this is everywhere or just certain locations?
