7 Easy & Delicious Slow Cooker Freezer Meals!

These Slow Cooker Freezer meals have been a huge blessing while I am recovering from surgery! They are Easy and Delicious and they allow my hubby to get a dinner on the table super quick! Here are 7 of my favorite recipes -Enjoy!

Salsa Chicken: 

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Jar of Salsa
  • 1 Block of Cream Cheese (to be used later in the cooking process)  
  1. Combine the Chicken Breasts and Salsa in a Freezer bag and place in Freezer. When it is time to cook, Place the mixture in the slow cooker and cook for 4-6 hours or until done. During the last 30 minutes of cooking place the block on cream cheese in the slow cooker and let it melt.
  2. Serve over Rice. This is also great shredded into burritos or tacos with all the fixin’s!

 

Salad Dressing Chicken

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Bottle of your Favorite Salad Dressing
  1. Combine the Chicken Breasts and Bottle of Salad Dressing together in a Freezer bag and place in Freezer. When it is time to cook, place the mixture in the slow cooker and cook for 4-6 hours or until done.
  2. Serve over rice or noodles with a Vegetable.

 

Savory Pepper Steak

  • 1½ lbs round steak, cut into ½ in strips
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 4-5 garlic cloves
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1 (16 oz) can Italian style tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp beef bouillon
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp steak seasoning
  • 1 tbsp steak sauce
  1. Toss steak in salt, pepper, & flour and add to gallon-sized freezer bag. In a med bowl mix together the rest of the ingredients, add to bag. Zip close and place in freezer. When ready to use thaw in fridge overnight. Empty contents into crock-pot and cook on low 8 hours.
  2. Serve over rice.  

 

Sweet & Sour Meatballs

  • 1 (16oz) pkg frozen fully cooked meatballs
  • 1 onion – diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1 (16-18oz) bottle sweet & sour sauce
  • 1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
  1. Place the frozen meatballs, peppers, onions & sweet and sour sauce into a gallon-sized freezer bag. Zip close & place in freezer. When ready to use thaw in fridge overnight. Empty contents into crock-pot and cook on low 4 hours. You can wait to add the pineapple towards the end of the cooking process if you prefer, but I just add it in with the frozen mixture and dump it all in the slow cooker at the same time.
  2. Serve over rice.

 

Teriyaki Pork Chops

  • 4 pork chops, about 1 in thick
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ? cup chicken broth
  • salt & pepper to taste
  1. Sprinkle salt & pepper on pork chops if desired, place in a gallon-sized freezer bag. In a small bowl mix garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce, and chicken broth together, add to bag. Place flat in freezer, when ready to use thaw in fridge overnight. Empty contents into crock-pot and cook on high 4-5 hours or low 6-7 hours.
  2. Serve over Rice or Mashed Potatoes with a Vegetable.

 

Chicken Broccoli Alfredo

  • 4-6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 (16 oz) bag frozen broccoli florets
  • 2 (16 oz) jars Alfredo sauce (I use light)
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 1 (4 oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  1. Split ingredients in half.
  2. Place all ingredients in 2 resealable gallon-sized freezer bag and mix together.
  3. When ready to eat, remove from freezer and thaw in fridge overnight. Empty contents into crock-pot and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours.
  4. Serve over Noodles.

 

Apple BBQ Pork Tenderloin

  • 1-2 lb pork tenderloin
  • 1 cup chunky applesauce
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp minced dried onion 
  1. Place pork tenderloin in a gallon-sized freezer bag, in a medium bowl mix together applesauce, BBQ sauce and onion, add to bag. Zip close and freeze. When ready to use thaw in fridge overnight. Empty contents into crock-pot and cook on low 6-8 hours, or high 3-4 hours.
  2. Serve over Rice or Pasta with a vegetable.
