Are you a bacon lover? I really don’t know of too many folks who aren’t! 
I often find that cooking bacon in a fry pan is not only messy, but many times you end up with half of the bacon more crisp than the rest.
I recently read online about cooking your bacon in the oven to ensure an even cooking temperature and texture with all of the bacon. Let me tell ya it works! I definitely will not be going back to the previous method.
