Wow! Here is some super sweet news! Wal-Mart now has a new coupon policy! Here is one of the best parts I noted in the policy, “Coupons MAY EXCEED THE PRICE OF THE ITEM. Change may be given or applied towards the cost of the basket purchase.” Isn’t this great news? Now, we don’t have to worry about items that give us overage!
