Word has it that Wal-Mart has select varieties of Scotts Songbird Selections Suet Wild Bird Food regularly priced around $1.16. So, since it is Wal-Mart’s new coupon policy to accept a coupon for more than the item you are purchasing, you would receive $0.84 overage!
