Well, last week, I did not get around to posting my menu. As many of you know, life took an unexpected turn and my hubby ened up in the hospital. We were blessed that several families from our church brought us meals–that was a huge blessing! I think things are getting back to normal (whatever that is!!) This week I am back at the grind, so here are my menu plans for the week! 🙂

Tuesday-Spaghetti and Homemade Meatballs with garlic toast- today is my little boy’s 4th birthday and this is his request for dinner! Happy Birthday to my special boy! You bring Daddy and I so much joy! 🙂

Thursday-Slow Cooker Bacon Ranch Chicken with brown rice and veggies
Friday-Pizza and Salad
