I absolutely love Chinese food, so I was thrilled to be able to try this dish! This was my first time trying a Wanchai Ferry frozen entrée, and I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised! The sauce had a nice and sweet taste-not too overpowering, while the veggies, beef, and rice were quite substantial. I actually thought that it tasted just like the Chinese food that I get at my favorite Chinese restaurant-it was that good!
