For all of my friends who wanted this recipe, here it is! This Butterscotch and Chocolate Fudge recipe is the easiest thing in the world to make and is very affordable! The recipe does yield about 2 pounds, so you get alot of fudge! This is a great way to use up all those Nestle chips that you have on hand right now! 🙂

Butterscotch and Chocolate Fudge

1 12oz. bag of chocolate chips

1 cup of butterscotch chips

1 14 oz. can of condensed milk

1 tsp. vanilla extract

nuts, optional

-Line a 8 inch glass dish with aluminum foil. Butter it down.

-In a small microwave-safe bowl, place the butterscotch chips and only 1/3 cup of the condensed milk; set aside.

-In a medium microwave-safe bowl, place the bag of chocolate chips, and the rest of the condensed milk and vanilla. Microwave until melted and stir. (If you add nuts, you would so at this point) Place melted chocolate mixture in the lined glass dish.

-Place the butterscotch chip mixture that you set aside into the microwave and melt.

-Pour over the top of the chocolate mixture and spread evenly across.

-Refrigerate until nice and firm.

-Peel away from the aluminum foil, serve and enjoy!

BEWARE: You will not be able to eat just one piece! 🙂

***Options: you could also replace the butterscotch chips with peanut butter chips or white chocolate chips for variations! ***
