One of my readers, Beth, just passed along a easy and yummy cookie recipe to me and I could not wait to share it with you all! Her sister came across the recipe in a Curious George book-he is that cute little mischievous monkey who is always in trouble! 😉 Thanks guys for the recipe! Can’t wait to try them out with Drew!
Curious George Cookies
1 tub (7 oz) marshmallow creme
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 TBSP melted butter
-Mix the 3 ingredients together. Place them in the microwave for just a FEW seconds to get the ingredients combined.
-Add 5 ounces chow mein noodles and 1 cup chocolate chips.
-Drop onto wax paper covered cookie sheet. Let stand until firm. You can even put them in the refrigerator to help firm quicker.
